Can not check out to Paypal

I have 2 question here ;

1) Please refer attachment file mini 1.png

When my customer try to check out, it will not lead them to paypal page, it shown sentences like this
Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) on line: 1060

2) Please refer attachment file mini 2.png

When I click Order Management, all my previous order history gone, it is empty now.

Please help. Urgent. Thank you!
