Business hours and lunchbreak?

What do you all think? It would be helpful for certain themes that the Business Hours block shows the lunchbreak? Many stores and restaurants have a Lunchbreak e.g. Monday 8am-12noon and 1.30pm-5pm.
I would welcome this, because without it the stores can not set the opening hours correct up.
