Bank payment solution?

As far as i know the plugin wlt_gateway_blankform.zip shall serve as a bank payment solution. For me it is not clear how.
It lacks a payment ID, so that the customer can make his transfer and you can sort it out on your account, i found nothing to put text in for my bank account, the user buys something he gets no email as far as i know…(email action when buying..)

I would like to know how those people handle it, that have thousend of products in their stock.
Have i missunderstood something???
