Also how can I get the categories to show on the home page?

Hi everyone,
how can I get the products and categories to all show on the home page when a visit comes to the site? Each time I go To import new products the old ones that have already been added disappear and i have no way to see them nor allow customers to see the categories and groups options.
I am still using the shopper press 7.1.3 version as I am afraid to update the theme and Wp version while in the middle of the holiday season.

I hope someone here can please be kind enough to assist me with this.
