All Products are NOT Showing

This is a Custom Built site by one of the PP Forum Members and he is not responding.

I am hoping my issue is something easy to change in one of my Files.

For some reason the Pages are only allowing 27 PRODUCTS to be shown.

Some sections will have 35-50 Products. So it is important for me to figure out what is preventing my other Products from showing on the Page.
