    Hi Mark

I am talking about my own experience only.

I have been using DP themes from 2009.

I am no slouch doing things with WP, but I am no coder – can do HTML and stuff around with small php things.

The responsive theme is a great and you have done an amazing job.

At what you priced the themes at, given all the functionality, you are asking very little. Great job Mark.

But with all the amazing RT flexibility comes intimidating new options that are not obvious to a user like me.

Mark you have done a great job in creating videos on most aspects of functions available.

From the 30 000 forum users I only get positive vibes about your themes. Well done.

But I have issues that worries me about support to me. I may be expecting more from you than what is reasonable. Again, these are my issues:

    1) I would create a ticket and the ticket gets ignored for a few days. Mark, you would get back and tell me there was a problem with support. I accept that.
    2) I would create a ticket asking for two things and one gets addressed. The ticket gets deleted.
    3) I reply to an email ticket but get no response. Checking online the ticket was deleted.
    4) I would create a ticket asking how a certain function is accomplished on a demo child theme. I hear nothing from support; but they would drop the code into my theme. No followup to tell me it’s been done. By /accident/ I notice it and then check the support ticket. It’s been deleted. Very intimidating.
    5) I would update the new theme but the child theme is not associated as pre update. I create a ticket and get told how to fix it. I try /everything/ but cannot fix it. Another support ticket. This time around support goes in as admin and fix the issue. The ticket gets deleted and I am not told how to do it in the future. I now have a live site.

Today I want to update the new theme version but with the way I get this done with the support I feel very uncertain about upgrading a live site. Very intimidating.

Mark only you know what’s going on. And you can fix it if you believe it’s a valid issue.
