User Image Upload Problem

New users are directed to the listing type form page where it creates an account and adds their listing for them, here they can also upload photos.

There seems to be a problem I thin when people add large file sized photos as when submitting the completed form it just refreshes the page showing a blank form again, nothing is submitted and no welcome or account detail emails are sent.

Does anyone else have this problem? How can I prevent this happening?
