PHP 5.3.3 wont upload CSV file, thrown errors

Hi,

I’ve been trying to upload csv file from responsive couponpress 6.3 CSV import tool with no success. it gives me errors:

Missing Column Header:post_title
Missing Column Header:post_content

My PHP is 5.3.3 and I have turn off the magic quotes and run auto fix still with no success

I noticed on top of header it show error line wlt_csv.php:169, can you please advice you have similar issue or fix for this one?

note: PHP Version 5.3.3 detected. does it mean i have to upgrade to the version to 5.4+ to be able to use this csv import tool?
