Cant get CSV import to work – The 2 host we try now

Hi support,

We have tried to get csv import to work on 2 different hosts without any luck?

The first host used a PHP Version 5.3.27, and we assumed this was the problem, as described another premiumpress client https://www.premiumpress.com/forums/topic/csv-import-listings-not-appearing/ , so we have changed the host whom has a PHP Version 5.5. – We still have the problem and cannot import the data we need.
We bought the system directorypress in late march 2014 – We have the responsive theme has downloaded the csv plugin CSV Import Plugin (Version 2.5) – Updated February 20, 2014.

Do you have a newer version of the csv import plugin.. or can you change mysql to mysqli or what do we do.

We have used a lot of time trying to solve this.
