    The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version
    this message means your hosting has restricted use of this function within their PHP/MYSQL build, its not something you can change via the code it needs to be enabled as part of the MYSQL installation.

    Contact your hosting.

    Is there an alternative way of doing a CSV / bulk upload as I contact my hosting provider and to enable LOAD DATA LOCAL and told is not allowed/supported on a shared hosting environment due to security implications
