Hi Folks,
I really need some help, as you can see from my photo, I’ve little hair left after today.
I bought ubermenu to use the mega-menu. It installed and is working properly, however comparisonpress is interfering with the colours of the submenu.
If I change the top menu colours in ubermenu, they take effect immediately, as you would expect. If I change the submenu colours, there’s no effect.
However, if I change the submenu colours through DISPLAY SETTINGS -> NAVIGATION / MENU BAR STYLES, it has a partial change.
What’s really noticeable is the background colour for the submenu doesn’t extend properly, but the menu items themselves appear properly.
I’ve checked plugins individually to see if any of them were intefering. I’ve deleted ubermenu and re-installed it. I’ve search and search the ubermenu forums – the common answer being Residual CSS.
What I really need to know is:
1. What theme file(s) do I need to edit
2. What values and what location in the file.
If you can help me out, then assume while answering that I’m completely dense about these things. I’m just a part time affiliate who’s thought himself a few bits and pieces.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Colm
P.S. Here’s the link to the website, I’ve deliberately chosen some mad contrasting colours, so you can see where the problem is. The background of the submenu should be bright red. You’ll see it only extends a few cm’s https://plus-size-womens-clothes.net/
