More Effective Support System

Hi all,

This topic is all about coming up with more effective ways to get questions answered here.

The forums are great and the ticket system is awesome.

But unfortunately there still seems to be WAY too many questions and simply not enough personnel to answer them.

If you have any ideas on how to improve the communication system so that every question asked gets the attention it deserves, that would benefit the entire Premiumpress community.

Hope to hear some great ideas.
