Problem with WordPress seo by yoast

I have a wordpress website using Classifieds theme, also a wordpress website using Resume press I have installed the SEO by Yoast. The problem I have is that on both premiumpress themes the SEO is not working properly. I cannot toggle the yoast seo bar when i’m editing a page. I have uninstalled all other plugins to try to fix, but no joy. I think this is a premiumpress theme problem as I have another wordpress website using a theme from wordpress and the Seo from yoast is working fine. Please Help..
