website is not updateing

    I have classified responsive theme, I deleted all sample categories, then created new categories. under my admin account, now when i log to the website as a regular user I see the old categories(that i have deleted) and i do not see any update i have done???? once I log as admin i see the categories that I have created. what might be causing this. Please help
