Categories repeating products instead of showing new products

Hi I have Shopperpress, my website is http://www.lucaandeve.com.au

New products are appearing in the ‘featured items’ flash banner on the homepage and when you click on the image, it takes you to the correct category e.g. “home accessories.” But if I try to find it by clicking on the category button in the navigation, it doesn’t appear. This is happening with lots of the products in this category. Then I noticed there were products being repeated in that category instead of all the new products appearing.
How do I fix this?? Any help very much appreciated!! 😉
