Premiumpress slug name

    I have read that the slug name for the permalink is something that we have to have.

    We can set it to any thing we want, default /listing/

    However this raises a question, if I upgrade a site to the new theme how do I stop the 404 errors and stop loosing my Google ranking because the urls are now all different.

    Also I have read that this is a word press feature, but if that is so why is it not on my other sites that are on V7 of Premium press with word press 3.6.1.

    any help or advise would be great
