translate issue

I’m doing the translation of some words. All words or phrases that I translate work except one sentence “Add
to work”. No changes. I tried several times, even removing old file and creating a new one (language_spanish).
As I said, every word works but the phrase “add to cart,” It doesn’t.
My theme is shopperpres default. Thank you
