    Hi,

I am using ShopperPress v7.1.4 and am hitting a problem with the CSV import.

I want to update 5 products and add 10 products.

I downloaded the CSV file created by the theme. This does not contain an ID column but it does contain a SKU column. I saw that the SKU was set to the same value as the Post ID for many items (blank for some too). I checked the products I wanted to update and the Post ID was always the same as the SKU so I put the SKUs/IDs in this column for the products to be updated. I left the field blank for the new products. The first row (after the titles) was for a product to be updated (product 725).

When importing the file it reported that 4 products were added and 11 were updated (not the numbers I was expecting). Checking the products, I found that new products had been created for all products that should have been updated (with new IDs that now did not match the SKUs). None of the new products were added except for the very last one which, instead of being added, had updated the first product in the file (725). My guess is that it had actually updated this same product for every new product that should have been added but I could just see the last update.

Can anybody tell me how I should have done this please?

    Many thanks!

    Ian
