ratings and listings

Hi.I have 2 questions.

1. how can i rate item just once ? Because now its possible to rate it infinite times in a row.

2. how remove or hide description and image in listing element ? (display style-list style)
something like this css code ?

.wlt_search_results.list_style .contect {
padding;display:none
}
