Pay on delivery – booking form

Hi,
I think I will buy the responsive auction theme when it has been released but I was wondering if there is, or could be, a “pay on delivery” solution when winning a auction? I will create a auction site for last minute courses and companies in sweden don´t by courses by paypal or by credit card. Instead i would like to have a booking form, and the acution will be closed.
