Youtube Post – Thumbnail Creation

In the Responsive Video theme when a youtube video is posted by using a custom field and the “youtube” database key, it imports the video fine but it does not create the thumbnail image from the video?

Does anyone have an idea how this feature can be added/enabled?

I know that the youtube import tool does import the thumbnail but for users posting videos on the Video Theme (on the front-end) this is not available?

Any assistance will be appreciated. BTW Mark, in case you stumble across this post – I would like to take the time to mention that as with all your other themes this is another brilliant theme and thanks for your hard work.

Please could this feature be considered or added. My whole video theme is based/planned around youtube submissions and I am sure it will be a valued/necessary feature for this amazing theme.
