Worldpay Payment response URL

Hi all, and any support person at Premiumpress…..

I posted a ticket HXS-742-34803 with no resolution and now no response to my original problem over two months ago, not even a reply to my last communication.

I can’t believe this is so complex.

I use Worldpay as a payment system, but when anybody orders anything I have NO notification of payment via email for what they’ve purchased, only notification from Worldpay of a payment to me. I have no idea what to ship out or even where to. I actually have to email the customer and ask what they’ve purchased!

This is obviously unacceptable to the customer and no way for me to run an online business.

I contacted Worldpay and they said that I need to enter a Payment response URL in their Worldpay setup page. I have the page open but what URL do I use as the Payment response URL?
