workflow not working

hello
When someone buys a listing after the callback page nothing happens there is no workflow, so the buyer can’t put any specifications, when the buyer goes to my jobs then clicks view progress, it takes you back to the listing with no workflow tab. As a seller you can’t see the workflow either.

I looked though the forum and the suggestions that everyone gives is to upgrade, I tried to upgrade and my theme says I have the latest version.
Help my website is live and people are trying to buy services
