WordPress Database Error Disk Full

Hi,
Looking for help on determining what the problem might be, and more importantly, how to solve it.
I have the Classified Theme, version 8.9.6 installed, and have been using Premium Press for many, happy years now. A few weeks ago, I updated the classified theme to the current version and soon there after, I have been experiencing error messages when using my site.
Error Message:
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I inquired to my host(GreenGeeks) as to what this error means, and they responded that my “website has consumed all available CPU/RAM resources.
May be your website needs more resources to run or may be you were doing something at that moment which spiked up. I will best suggest to enable CloudFlare and Mod_deflate inside your cPanel”
So, I enabled CloudFlare and Mod_deflate, and STILL receiving the errors.
Then I did some online research and saw that my security plugin Wordfence has been known to cause memory issues, and I followed advice about how to minimize how much memory Wordfence uses, and I am still receiving the error messages.

I went back to my host and asked again for assistance and their response was to send me the following:
I have checked our server logs and found memory spike on your account. That’s why you’ve faced this issue.

Below is the explanation of each heading/column.

“From” “to” – period of time
“aCPU” – Average CPU usage
“mCPU” – Max CPU usage
“lCPU” – CPU Limit
“aEP” – Average Entry Processes
“mEP” – Max Entry Processes
“lEP” – maxEntryProc limit
“aMEM” – Average Memory Usage
“mMEM” – Max Memory Usage
“lMEM” – Memory Limit

I can advise you to login your admin area and try to temporarily disable all plugins or change theme to the default on, so you can check if this problem is related to some plugins or theme.
In order to determine which plugin causes this problem you can turn them on one by one, and then remove/reinstall or replace with the similar one if needed.

I have been manually blocking IP’s on Wordfence, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with this error. I posted in the Wordfence support forum about whether or not deactivating the plugin would erase all of the blocked data, and haven’t heard a response yet, or it would be deactivated right now.

I then looked at my Theme Website Activity Overview and saw on the recent activity (picture attached) all of the Expired Listings and I don’t have that many listings that would be expiring like that.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? I am not a wiz with these things.
