Greetings, all. I searched for this already, but only came up with a bunch of listings having to do with an issue with IE8, not Windows Phone 8, so I am hoping for some leads here.

On my computer I can get the mobile menu to appear if I squeeze the browser window to a certain width. However on IE11, Firefox and Chrome, there appears to be a “neutral spot” where I get no menus at all. I cannot attach screenshots here or I would upload them, so I will link them below so you can see what I am talking about.

Anyway, my phone is a Nokia Lumia 810 with Windows Phone 8 installed on it. No matter which way I flip the phone, vertical or horizontal, I cannot get the menus to appear at all.

In Admin, I DO have a menu created for mobile. It is listed as: Menu (Mobile Device Navigation) and in the location it is set to “Mobile Device Navigation”. I do have entries saved as well, so it is not an empty menu.

I am wondering if the resolution of my mobile device is in that “neutral” spot that I am able to recreate on my web browser. If so, this is an issue as on phones you cannot change resolutions. We just do not have that option, so I am wondering how to fix the code of this template to get the theme to be truly responsive to mobile phones.

    Screen 1: Normal browser display

Screen 2: Just under 800 px – ALL menus disappear.

Screen 3: This is how the site appears on my Windows Phone 8, and is why I am posting this today. Just below 600 px.

Screen 4: Just under 500 px, now the mobile menu appears, even though the letters are black also, so you cannot see the “home” link. However the menu on the right functions as expected and is white lettering.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks.
