Widget info, and search listings near by?

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum, but I like it already. I see people helping around, and I will try and do the same.

I have 2 questions(images included):
1. When looking at a listing, under the details tab, you can see the”distance: 1,573 Miles ” and next to it a little “i” with some more info.
Q. how do I get that extra info to be showing as a widget info? I also want the get directions link to show like a button(if possible).

2. When doing a search you get the list of results, at the bottom of each result you can “filter” to show listings near by.
Q. How do I create a search box for a user to search(filter) that does exactly the same thing but filter the result by the user location + a radius (in klm) ?
Q. Last one, when a user creates a listing, do they have to get a reminder before the listing expires? or can I disable this feature all together? I want the payment to go though monthly without the reminder.
