Why Does Login Disappear with Location?

    Not everyone needs or want the location in the top bar but when I turn geo-location off, it turns off the whole top bar and Login disappears? These two things are not remotely related to each other. I was told to enable breadcrumbs to get the login but I don’t want /need breadcrumbs and I NEED login (which is a pretty critical part of a directory/membership site). I can’t even get Login to show up when I do turn on breadcrumbs. Anyone able to help? Can I do something to turn off the annoying share your location popup and still have the top bar?
