Where to write CSS for Store?

Hello,

I want to write CSS for image reducer for big sizes of logo in Store but where to write I don’t know. I have write in my child theme’s style.css but not works.
I have write it with style command but every time I have to write it. If it is in .css file then I can write css name with class only.

Please help me.
