Where do you edit… the welcome / search box on home page?

    using the Classifieds Blue Child theme there is a banner that isn’t part of the page elements, it is up in the header, that says something like Buy or Sell stuff.. where do you control/edit that?

    same question using the default Classifieds theme, the search box includes a bunch of welcome verbiage and has a background image…
