Just noticed that when a listing is created and a user wants to edit the listing there is no option for upgrade or downgrade of a listing.
Also, if a user was to upgrade or downgrade there would need to be a way to change the billing, lets say Paypal was the billing platform being used, the upgrade – downgrade would need to also modify the billing for the listing.
Sounds like a lot of work to change a listing… any ideas on potential work arounds for this little ‘monkey wrench in the works’?
a listing is final, they can renew it but there isnt any upgrade between listing packages.
Hmmmmmmm…… but you have the add on available when a user edits the listing?
Are these add ons what happens when a user adds or subtracts listing options then… is their a billing change?
yes their billing changes until they have paid.
hmmmm could you explain what happens, so I clearly understand the process as there is nothing worse than customers doing charge backs with paypal.
the user selects thier features, views their listing (makes edits if needs be) and makes payment, once payment is made they can only renew (if not a susbcription) they cannot add-on more features.
if its a subscription then should the add on options then not be displayed?
no, one the user has paid for the listing feature enhancements are not editable.
