Weirdly Blocked From Page Acess as Admin

Hi

I’m trying to set up the Directory using child S5 and have come upon a crazy problem.. The website is at newenglandlandscaping.com and when I’m logged in as admin and click on Add Listing I go no where and get this URL in the address bar https://newenglandlandscaping.com/?eid=3822 instead of https://newenglandlandscaping.com/add-directory-listing

here is why it’s weird..

1. If I log out completely (in firebox) I get the correct page
2. I deleted all membership options so there is not block on the page for incorrect membership options.
3. If I go to Chrome it works and I can register as a subscriber and still see the page.

It appears the page block or whatever it is only effects if I’m logged in as an admin. I’d think there would be no blocks anywhere for an admin..

Anyone have an idea or solution?

Oh I’m running 8.8 stable and child S1 … where can I get a copy of 8.7 to try a rollback if no one has a solution?
