they post the code out in the open so the visitor can by-pass your affiliate link and cost you your hard earned cash. They do link back to your site but they are no follows, so worthless for ranking.

I filed a DMCA complaint for blatantly stealing our content and denying us revenue. Read their about us statement. They have no email address with which to contact them to ask them to cease and desist so I called their hosting provider and their domain registrar. Their Twitter Feed indicates they are in Denver Colorado.
