Im trying to set up a new classifieds theme, but I have problems uploading video and pdf files.
When listing a new ad, the function is there that says ” Acceptable File Formats: jpg/.gif/.png/.pdf/.flv/.mp4/.mp3″
When a mp4 or pdf document is uploaded, the icon DOCUMENT and VIDEO will display, but if you try to open the video or pdf document, the error [Object object] will appear. The pdf document do not even display, only a small icon and can not open in the Media folder in WP either.
Is there a way to rectify this problem since it is not a good idea for the site to go live and users can not upload pdf or mp4 files. The concept is good that makes the theme different from other classifieds sites but not good if I can not get it working properly.
