This only works on the ” ADVANCED SEARCH” … Will not work on Home Page Search
    —————————————————————————————————————————–
How to change “Property Types” on the Advanced Search Menu – Real Estate Theme – V9
    1. Go to your Hosting C-Panel
    2. Go to “File Manager”
    3. Click on “Public_html” – Then locate and double click on your Website Name on the right side, to open files.
    4. Click on “WP-Content”
    5. Click on “Themes”
    6. Click on “RT9” (This is the original Real Estate Theme V9)
Note: If you made a Child Theme Already, (You may see it listed here as well) Do Not Click on your Child Theme.
    7. Click on “Templates”
    8. Click on “tpl-page-advancedsearch.php” then click the “Edit Button ”
    9. Scroll down to “line # 222” or till you see this section of code below.
    $values = array(1 => __( ‘Detached’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 2 => __( ‘Semi-Detached’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 3 => __( ‘Terraced’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 4 => __( ‘Bungalow’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 5 => __( ‘Land’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 6 => __( ‘Apartment’, ‘premiumpress’ ), 7 => __( ‘Office’, ‘premiumpress’ ) );

    10. Replace the original (7) names “Detached, Semi-Detached, Terraced, Bungalow, Land, Apartment, Office” with whatever names you want to use.

    11. Click the “Save Changes Button” when done,

    12. If you have your website still open after you made these changes. You may have to click the “Reload Button” at the top, before you can see your changes take effect (Wala …Your Done).

    Hope It Works For You

    Hi Guys/Gals,
You may want to be careful.
That is 1 of 6 files (at the least) that have hard coded references to those Property Type values.

    • /RT9/_realestate/template/home-block0.php
    • /RT9/_realestate/functions.php
    • /RT9/_realestate/search-bar.php
    • /RT9/_realestate/elementor/elementor-hero.php
    • /RT9/languagegs/premiumpress.pot
    • /RT9/templates/tpl-page-advancedsearch.php

Also, it would still be better/ideal to use a child theme for these changes. the default ‘_realestate’ theme is still part of the core files.
