Using Responsive Theme 8.9

    I am trying to customize the colors of the menu Highlights/color of the menu boxes but I can’t do that through the Customizer. What CSS file do I need to work with to modify that? I am trying to make things all shade of blue. If you look at teh current menu there are some that work properly and some that have different highlights.Any helwp is appreciated!
