Hi there. I have built a website using the classifieds theme from PremiumPress and I am running a promotion where new users receive some user credit to make their first listing. My problem is that the user credit payment does not work! When a user tries to list a classified and pay with user credit, the page returns to the incomplete listing and displays the following message:
“This listing is awaiting payment and is NOT live.”
We are not in sandbox mode. I would like to know what I need to change so that my customers can use their credit to make a listing without me having to manually edit their user credit and publish each listing.
I look forward to some solution to this!
