Uploading pictures fail

Hi again!
I have tried and tried but can’t seem to fix this problem, so hoping someone will be able to assist me.
When a member submits an ad only one photos is shown – even though they have attached more that one. The one that is accepted acts as the thumbnail. But nothing else shows.
Having read through most entries relating to this I have checked the “Packages” to ensure they are on a package that allows photos to be attached (well they all do)!
