Understanding the Registration Process

Hi,

I am having a tough time grasping the registration process for DirectoryPress.

Currently here is how my process is set up

1. User registers
2. Password is sent to user via email
3. User logins
4. User is directed to My Account where they can create a listing for free without selecting a package.

Obviously #4 is not what I want to occur. How can I force the user to pay for a membership prior to submitting a listing to the admin for review.

Any help on this would be great….
