Title Meta Tag Problem

For some reason the name of my site is being duplicated in the title meta tag on the home page, and I can find where this is being generated from:
<title>Free Off Road Classifieds – Off Road Parts For Sale Off Road Parts For Sale</title>
It should be:
<title>Free Off Road Classifieds – Off Road Parts For Sale</title>

This is how I have the home page title set up:
Free Off Road Classifieds – %%sitename%%
