Ticket not resolved for 2 weeks

Well,

I updated the theme, it was not a big update, maybe 2 version diffrance.
After following the update instructions(updating through the customize tab), all the images from the main page disapeared.
I opened a ticket and was told that I will have to manualy update each listing (not very funny).

So I kept on trying to get the team to help or ask mark for help(he solved this issue for me once before), but no luck.

Can anyone else have a look?
