I guess the question is not clear, sorry. When I upload a image in the display image section for a listing the image is not showing up .The upload image field shows undefined ( no path). When I again upload the same image from media galley The image shows up but it also adds the image id like DSCNO621 to the text under tagline like hits/featured/image id. Why this featured word is displaying . screenshot attached.

    What is going wrong?

    Thanks,

cant tell without checking your site, also check your display settings under display setup -> search/listing page to ensure they are set correctly.

Please check you image storage path and also make sure that the image storage folder is writable (chmod 777).

Have you checked that the /thumbs/ and /thumbs/cache/ folders are writable?

    Hi Richard ,

I am completely dumbed now. Don’t understand why this is happening. Old default listings are fine but the new ones are having problems with images. I have checked the folders/thumb . they are writable . i have even checked the user permission box writable.screenchot 17. Iam talking about http://www.aboutdehradun.com

This type of command is missing in the image field .http://bestschoolsindehradun.com/wp-content/themes/directorypress/thumbs/DSCN0599-300×225.jpg. This is my another directory in development. Same issue with this directory too for new listings. I have even tried by using the website link option but the image nowhere appears in the listings.

You Can check here at aboutdehradun.com .

See Here when I add a image through upload images I see in the image field written “undefined” and no image in live listing . screenshot 13 , top listing in site.

When I upload a image through (view images and selecting the image) option I see the image in listing and everything is fine. screenshot 15. second listing from top in site.

    Please help.

    Regards,
