Theme changes not updating

Hi,

I am a new user. I installed the Coupon theme recently. I am trying to set up my site with one of the provided child themes.

I tried changing few things, adding few things using Home Builder. The problem is these changes do not show in my site. I tried clearing cache and everything. No luck. I tried using another child theme. Still no luck.

One thing worked, though. I switched to one theme then went back to the previous one. The changes were shown then. But I did some more changes and all elements from home builder were deleted automatically.

How do I fix this? Anhy suggestions?
