    I guess this is not the needed solution but it could work for Real Estate
    what if Oleksii were to create 2 Sub-Domains
    – one “Residential” and the other “Commercial”
    so his URL would be
    residential.realestate.com and commercial.realestate.com
    visitors to his site could then select which suits their need
    and be taken to either the residential or commercial listings
    as this way he would NEVER mix the 2 types of listings
    and this would seem and ideal solution for him.

    If I am right he would still have the ONE DataBase and AdminControl Panel
    yet he could design his 2 themes in a “totally different” manner
    which is what he would need as residential is very different from commercial.
    Question is “will premiumpress work in such an environment?”

    Thank you, Paul!!!

    Thank you Chinese, Indian programmers.
    Posted in files “Commercial Land”.

    I made this code.
    \realtorpress\realtorpress\template_realtorpress\system_reset.php

    // CATEGORY SETUP
    //$args = array(‘cat_name’ => “Articles” );
    //$cat_id = wp_insert_term(“Articles”, ‘category’, $args);
    //$ARTID = $cat_id[‘term_id’];
    update_option(“ppt_load_countries”,””);
    $ARTID=0;

    $args = array(‘cat_name’ => “Residential” );
    $cat_id = wp_insert_term(“Residential”, ‘category’, $args);
    $bizID = $cat_id[‘term_id’];
    wp_create_category1(‘Flat’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);
    wp_create_category1(‘House’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);
    wp_create_category1(‘Bungalow’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);
    wp_create_category1(‘Cottage’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);
    wp_create_category1(‘Other’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);

    $args = array(‘cat_name’ => “Commercial” );
    $cat_id = wp_insert_term(“Commercial”, ‘category’, $args);
    $bizID = $cat_id[‘term_id’];
    wp_create_category1(‘Offices’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);
    wp_create_category1(‘Commercial Land’, $cat_id[‘term_id’]);

    I think this is a logical files. 😉
