Create the page with your Terms and Conditions in Dashboard > Pages > Add New. The plugin that you install will generate the call to action page in Theme Options > General Settings > Page & Button Links. Click on the box next to Terms & Conditions in Page & Button and assigned the page that you create to that box – Scroll down and Click Save and Walla you’re done.

@Angela; Creating this page as per Errol instructions is good.You should however put a content in that page, so when someone actually clicks on your terms, they will be able to read what your terms (and conditions are).
Is there a way to make this box appear above the save listing button?
Mike im afraid not, you would need to customize the theme for that.
How come the checkbox on the T & C Plugin is below the line of descriptive text? Can you show us how to put the box to the left of the descriptive text like it was a few versions before?
Does Terms & Condition plugin works for Job Board 6.5.5 and up ?
I installed the terms and conditions plugin, works great, but it asks to accept the terms and conditions each time logging in. How can I change this to only have to accept upon registration and placing a listing please?
