Term & Conditions Plugin: Anyone using it?

I’ve just installed this plugin and I have a question and bug, so I would like to know your experience/opinion:

OPINION: Why this plugin shows the checkbox in the Login form?

I know that this behavior is intended, but I don’t understand the reason. For me it’s clear that the Terms and Conditions must be checked one time only during registering, no reason to ask the users to confirm the T&C each time they log in. Any one has how to solve it?

BUG: It doesn’t work well if you have some other checked checkbox fields in the form.

In the registering form I have two mandatory checkboxes fields, and the T&C checkbox at the end. Initially the “Save” button is disabled.

1. If I check the T&C checkbox, the “Save” button is enabled and I can save the listing.
2. If previously I check any of the two other checkbox fields, the button is also enabled and I can “Save” the listing without accepting the T&C.
3. If after checking any of the checkboxes fields I check the T&C, the “Save” button is disabled again and I can’t save the listing.

It seems that the code that detects the T&C checking also detects the other checkboxes checkings, and it just toggled the state of the “save” button.

Anyone with other checkboxes fields in the registering form has experienced this issue?
