Hi Guys,
My taxonomy plugin is getting confused with different tiers. Ill explain what happening using Marks own demo taxonmies in the video.
Tier 1 – Make Tier 2 Model
Lets say I add Make BMW… the model X5. No problems.
But then lets say (i know it doesnt work in this example) there is a Make called X5. This Taxonomy has 5 cars in it which get added.
When you check your advanced search box to check the makes and models… the make X5 is there but it Displays NO models at all.
I have checked the parents are correct and there is only one entry for X5 (in this example) in make … and it appears in Model as X5 (the parent) and the subsequent models and of course its there again as X5 (in the list) as a child of BMW (the parent)
Building taxonomies is fun enough without this happening 😉
