The reason I ask is I am trying to find a plugin that will work with PAYULATAM.

They are one of the largest ecommerce payment gateways in South America, but its not listed on the supported gateways via premium press.

What is premium press shop theme based on: drupal, magento, opencart?
Payulatam has plugins for magento, drupal, and opencart.
