submitted listing not accessible

Help required please..

I am using Responsive Directory Theme Version 8.9.6 and the Listing Setting under category and membership access has been set to All membership access. Unfortunately, the new listing not accessible except the one I submitted and only when I am logged in. If someone else submit the listings, they cannot be accessed until they are allowed access to all membership manually.

The listing have been edited manually and the access option turned to All membership access within the individual listing.
I am not having this problem from the other directories except from https://www.travelandreview.com/
There are many listing to be approved and I don’t want to enable all membership access manually.

Can someone help me where did I went wrong?
