Stripe Plugin Issue

Shop Theme 8.9.6

My website was working perfect until about a week ago and now when a customer adds products to the shopping cart they can get through the entire check out process even put in their credit card number click pay and then the screen goes to error below. there is no order in the order manager and stripe does not collect any money. I checked with stripe and they show the website never tries to communicate with my stripe account

We have NOT change any files or updated any plaugin and do not understand why the website will be working perfect with the stripe plugin and then all the sudden just start having these issues
