Still confused about membership packages

so i have 4 listing packages now with varying lengths to time and features. what i want to do is offer these same 4 listing packages but choose how many can ads can be placed within a 1 year time. so for example, i have listing package 1. i want a corresponding membership package 1 that allows folks to place 25 ads of the #1 package in a 365 day period of time. make sense? same would be true of #2, #3 and #4. i have watched the video several times and still don’t get it. please help and thank you, mark;-)
